*update to this review* - When it was time to move into my new place, I contacted Uhaul again, my question was why had we not heard back from anyone regarding our experience. The district team went out of their way to assist me with my move-in. They helped us secure transportation of our goods, movers and smoothed out issues with all of that coordination. The district team got to see first hand some of the logistical issues customers face. I give them credit for all they did to help us with the final part of our move! **

I was military and have moved A LOT. This was by far the most stressful and horrific moving experience EVER. Reservation booked incorrectly, incomplete information given, equipment not ready, pods faulty, time drivong back and forth because of the pod failures, staff inconsiderate/rude, asking us to do their jobs of switching out large equipment, and they were completely nonchalent of all the issues.
Their mistakes caused us so much delay that I had to scramble to hire movers on a monday to finish the move out, and I lost a day of work on top of that. It ended up me hundreds more than it should have between the movers and a day of work.
There's been no apology, even when they aknowledged the issues. No response from corporate. Nothing! I would never ever rent from here again, and certainly reconsider using Uhaul.

Very clean truck, very quick pickup, and Sharyn saved the day with helping to resolve an issue with the drop off in another location. After some confusion (and frankly my overlooking a mistake before rushing off with the vehicle to move), Sharyn worked to make things right. Grateful to be moved in a even more grateful that is didn't cost much more than it should have to at a very stressful time. Thank you!

Reasonable prices! Love the motorcycle trailer. Has a loading ramp, rings for straps and a bump out for the front tire. Staff was very helpful! Even hooked it up to my vehicle
