U-Haul Moving & Storage of Miamisburg

I had called the U-haul in Miamisburg and was immediately put on hold. After 8 minutes I hung up and called back. Again, I was put on hold. I just hung up again and downloaded the U-Haul app. I canceled my reservation and after I was done, I deleted the U-Haul app. If I was allowed to give a lower rating I would.

Avoid this location of uhaul at all costs... Honestly, Id suggest avoiding ALL of them if possible. Ive spent between $3-4000 with UHAUL in the last 5 years buying boxes, moving materials, propane refills, multiple truck and trailer rentals. It makes me nauseous to even think of giving them another dime of my money. See attached picture for full review, if the print is large enough to read.
