Very disappointed in my experience. You need to count on paying at least 1/3 more than what you think. Make sure to only fill up the tank to the “F” because it won’t be full and it will say full. Not knowing this, I overpaid in gas and there was no credit provided. Also returned the van early at their request and was still not provided compensation - very poor business practices! I would question using U-haul at all
