*** Be alarmed! Literally!*** I absolutely hated coming to my storage unit because there was a load screaming alarm every time I opened the door to my unit. Sometimes, I would dread opening the door. It almost gave me PTSD. I reported this issue repeatedly. It stopped and then started again. Interestingly, when the sound returned, it would only sound during the day but not at night, so I know they could control it. I felt embarrassed, like a thief who was burglarizing my own unit. It was unacceptable. I'm happy that I will never hear that sound again. I will never store my items at this facility again.

Go anywhere else if you do not want to feel like a criminal when accessing your items YOU are paying to store.

Absolutely impossible to reach a human being. All the want you to do is download the app, and if you don't, they kick you into an automated system that does not have any applicable menu options, and no oprtion to get to a human being.
