Absolutely impossible to reach a human being. All the want you to do is download the app, and if you don't, they kick you into an automated system that does not have any applicable menu options, and no oprtion to get to a human being.

Pretty awful. Gave us a car trailer with zero tail lights which is a major safety issue. Thankfully we noticed. Roadside assistance came out to “fix” it. Brake light worked but not blinkers. Tied up the trailer for about 6 hours. Were assured we would not be charged an extra day rental. Told them all of this when we turned it in. They had a running list at the desk of issues with equipment that day. They charged us of course. Then could not fix/ refund it. Impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store. Supposedly general manager will call back. Pretty terrible business. Would not rent from them again.

Update: moved up to two stars because they did refund our extra rental days. Zero communication from the manager about it though.
