U-Haul Moving & Storage of Miamisburg

Pretty awful. Gave us a car trailer with zero tail lights which is a major safety issue. Thankfully we noticed. Roadside assistance came out to “fix” it. Brake light worked but not blinkers. Tied up the trailer for about 6 hours. Were assured we would not be charged an extra day rental. Told them all of this when we turned it in. They had a running list at the desk of issues with equipment that day. They charged us of course. Then could not fix/ refund it. Impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store. Supposedly general manager will call back. Pretty terrible business. Would not rent from them again.

Update: moved up to two stars because they did refund our extra rental days. Zero communication from the manager about it though.

My appointment for 9am and was left waiting for an hour before work began. Got worse when a day later I discovered the 7 pin connecter only had 4 wires connected.
Took it back for a 10am appointment and the Manager told me I should have told them my trailer had power and brakes and made no apologies for the second trip. Work began at noon, no one talked to me while waiting.
At the end of the day they only connected 6 of the seven wires. They say the current setup only needs the 6 wires. So what if in the future I want to use a setup that needs all seven pins?

Top of it all is there was ZERO concern for my time or inconvenience. This manager and technician have terrible customer service and are RUDE.
