Great customer service friendly staff.

Upon entering the vehicle it was obvious there was at least a cup of water in the cup holder and their was blood on the driver's seat. An attendant was called who immediately took care to assign another vehicle to me. The second vehicle was fine. The attendant who helped to switch out the vehicle was not proficient in English and initially it seemed like she was disagreeing with my claim of water and blood. What appeared to be a defensive response did not easy my dissatisfaction with the rental. Everything worked out fine in the end,

Made my reservation the night before a d went to pick up next morning . Staff was really helpful and truck was ready to go.
