He mentioned how friendly and helpful everyone was, and he was especially grateful for the fact that they were able to assist him in Spanish. The reviews don’t lie. U-Haul, please get new management and staff. Worst personalities and customer service. Mainly it’s the Leadership role that needs changed. Will not be using this location again. If you’d like more information as to why just email me.
