The general manager Molina was not just rude and condescending, he was extremely rude and condescending. Terrible customer service experience from someone with that kind of title and responsibility. This behavior took place right in front of other customers and an employee in training (you can tell). If you have video surveillance at the front desk, check the time stamp of my return and see it for yourselves. Atrocious. I am sure this type of compliant has happened in the past. Guarantee it will happen again.

Will not rent from them again.
