One lady at the desk was not professional or pleasant. And I almost slipped on their icy gravel lot where they park some of the trucks too. Avoid this place!

Recently rented a cargo van from U-Haul two different occasions in the last 30 days and it was like night and day each time. The first staff member was nice, helpful and patient with us. The second staff member was not very pleasant with us at all. I wish people could take customer service a little more seriously. You never know what someone might be going through.

You suck. I didn’t order a truck. Yet you spam my email like I did. Spam spam spam. Spam. Don’t rent a truck unless you want endless emails from U-Haul.
