Of course the snappy elder man didn't have a name tag on his shirt. Went in with a certificate code to rent a trailer and nobody on site knew how to add the code. No problem, except this guy immediately began huffing and puffing about having to call the help line to figure out the issue. He complained the entire time he was on hold and said how he just hates calling the help line. I totally get it, but he was already upset about waiting at the first ring. Got the certificate sorted and went to hook up the trailer. We told him we're using a standard vehicle so it's likely to roll a bit while lining up the hitch. He snapped and yelled at us because the vehicle rolled and it took a few attempts to line the hitch. After hooking up the trailer, he just takes his pictures and walks off without a word. No way in hell will I be returning to this location with that nasty attitude man. When I called about the situation later in the day, someone else answered and didn't seem surprised at all that this guy was rude to us. So I guess it's a common issue. Shame on y'all for keeping that kind of attitude at your front desk.

Awesome customer service

Absolutely a great experience! People are friendly and very helpful, Kevin helped me out both times I've used their services. He really went above and beyond in extending my time when it looked like that wouldn't be an option he made it happen. Id also like to point out even when it was 105 degrees outside and a customer was being rude these people where very calm and collected and professional something that is a rarely seen in today's workers. So again thank you Midway Uhaul of Temple for outstanding service!
