U-Haul Moving & Storage of Midway

I have had very little interaction with U-Hauls, but the one in Temple definitely set the bar high. They are busy, but they are always willing to help, advise, and work with you. Very happy with their service.

I rented a small enclosed trailer, while traveling to my l destination on I-35 the trailer came loose and 'fish tailed' behind my vehicle. I was able to come to a stop safely, upon existing my vehicle I found the trailer tongue to be under the tow vehicle being held only by the safety chains. Thank goodness no one was injured. When returning the trailer and explaining the situation we received a 'oh yeah I knew I didn't attach the trailer correctly'. Never again will I use this location.

Excellent service, excellent equipment! Rented a truck and auto transporter. They helped me load my car and everything. Very helpful and skilled employees.

These folks are just wonderful. Every person I have interacted with in the past year has always been so kind and informative.
