U-Haul Moving & Storage of Millington

I rented a U-Haul upon picking it up. I was told by the worker there at the gearshift handle move a little bit, but it was OK driving he just wanted to let me know. I asked him, “ are you sure” he said “yes it’s fine”. When I got the truck home, I packed the whole house up by myself. So you know that it was time-consuming for me. Skipping to reverse, When I put the car in reverse, it changed gears on its own. I was attempting to reverse and it will shift to neutral on its own.. So, I called the company Tee wanted me to call roadside, to get it fixed. If that didn’t resolve the problem I was going to have to get another truck, but here’s the problem. I loaded the truck myself so, I would’ve had to unload this huge truck and put it onto another truck. I had to hold this shift gear and drive. I was maybe 10 minutes late because of this and they charge me, the audacity. Why give me a truck and tell me that it’s OK if you don’t know for certain. This problem should have been alleviated before they loaned this truck out, and if you knew it was something you should have called roadside and had them to straighten it out before giving the truck to me.

I rented a pickup to move furniture across town. Rates were very fair and the truck was in excellent condition. I highly recommend uhaul for all your rental needs.
