The young lady that assisted me with the rental was absolutely phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, courteous and she answered all of my questions without hesitation. It was a pleasurable experience to me because great customer service always wins! Great job young lady!!

I was told there were no trucks available I went outside and looked on line for another location it allowed me to make reservations at the same store I was at and I thought that was odd. I went back in to see if that was correct and she said yes and gave me the truck. Why not just let me rent it? Nobody checked the truck before I left. I just took pictures of everything including the gas hand. When I brought the truck back it showed I owed on gas. I had proof it was under 1/4 a tank when I got it and I brought it back on 1/4 a tank. The truck was super raggedy. I was scared it was gonna break down. Plus had no gas in the truck. The gentleman checking us in when we returned was so nice and professional but the lady that let us rent the truck had an attitude As if I was borrowing her personality vehicle.
