U-Haul Moving & Storage of Milton

We have been frequenting this u-haul location for different services (u-box, u-box access, trailers) since we moved to the area during hurricane Helene and each time Ronnie assists us, she is an absolute rockstar! Thank you Ronnie for taking care of us, and being patient while I find the right terminology for tools and such! From hurricane to freezing temps, you have been here to help and killing it!

The customer service here is some of the best that I have had with Uhaul. The ladies at the front were kind, and knowledgeable about what certain trucks could fit and haul. Hannah was who I was working with and she made the reservation extremely easy. She informed me of the different options that I had, and what she thought was best based on her experience. She wasn't trying to be pushy or upsale me on everything. She gave me the information that I needed and talked me through what she thought was best for my current situation. She made my whole move so much easier and I can't say thank you enough. If I come back to the area and need a U-Haul again I'll be coming back just because of her. Thank you so much for your help.
