Review:
Hitch installation on Honda Pilot. Case and Nicole were textbook professional. Scheduling was easy and service was fast. Drove the 108 miles from Bismarck to get this done. If you live between Minot and Bismarck and need a hitch install select the Minot North location. As of July 2024, I highly recommend this location. Thanks again!!!!!!

Review:
If I can give them zero stars I would. Missy calls me after I contact all week to make sure there was a 10 foot truck just for them to call me and state we don’t have a truck. Mind you I’m moving to a whole different state. Their options go drive to a nearby state or 3/4 hour away city and they will give you a discount off miles. DO NOT RENT A TRUCK HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!! In professionalism and she was rude on the phone. Minot never has ANYTHING available but want to charge an arm and a leg for equipment they DONT have.
