Needed some supplies for a rental trailer. They had everything I needed, employee helped install the ball for the hitch and also reserved a trailer for me which I needed for the next day.

The customer service was good. Very friendly but visibly stressed. The equipment however was lacking. The trailer they gave us was broken and would not sit snugly on our correctly sized ball hitch. There was 3ft of snow in the trailer which isn't a great big deal but the garbage including a decent size chunk of carpet that was frozen to the bottom under all the snow definitely was unacceptable.

Pro tip. This place charges a $20 after hours drop off fee, even for a motorcycle trailer.
My fault for not seeing that to begin with in the contract.

I rented a motorcycle trailer on Friday at 831am and dropped the trailer off Saturday night at 1131pm. They checked the trailer in at 1026am Sunday morning and charged me for an additional day. Pretty unacceptable and crooked of them to do that. So the 14.99 a day rental and a $20 drop fee I would've been better off to drop to trailer off a day late.

Update. Chase has reversed the additional charges. Thank you for the quick response.

Update:
We were contacted by the store this morning and advised that the excess charges were being credited back to our card. While I can't say the initial experience was 5 stars, the follow up certainly was.
For that reason, bumping up to a 4.

Rented a motorcycle trailer for 2 days to drive less than 7hrs, pick up a bike & bring it home.

To make sure the trailer was returned on time, having rented at 830am, we used the overnight drop at 8pm. That's an automatic $20 fee, but, hey, that part is on me - it's stated in the contract.
That said, they added an extra day too. As they physically checked it in at 10am, despite obviously knowing it was there on time, since they charged the $20 drop fee... I guess they can have their cake and eat it too.
