Made reservations way in advance to be told less than 48 hours from pick up that we'd have to drive an extra 4 hours one way to get a truck. Not worth the headaches for their 'cheap' pricing. Penske, luckily, picked up their slack!

I reserved a 15' truck with a trailer for a move 2 months down the road. 1 day prior to picking up the truck they called me to tell me that they did not have a truck available and that I would need to drive all the way to Bismarck to pick one up (4 hours of driving in total). Luckily Penske came through for me.
