U-Haul Moving & Storage of Moline

Do NOT use their storage facilities!!! I’ve been there for a couple of years, the roof leaks and it’s my responsibility to get all of my belongings relocated in a matter of hours. I was given a place to store my belongings that I had to hand carry them over a construction area. I tripped and fell because it was hazardous. The staff did not communicate with each other and extremely unprofessional! Find a place that will treat you like a human!

I had the pleasure of working with the manager Kayla at this Uhaul location on two separate occasions, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received. She went above and beyond to ensure my large move across the country went smoothly—helping me navigate multiple challenges and providing solutions that made all the difference.

During the second leg of my journey, I encountered some unfortunate events due to a truck breakdown. However, her persistence and follow-up were instrumental in ensuring the situation was resolved. She made sure the outcome was one that I was completely happy with, and I truly appreciated her commitment to seeing the issue through.

Her attentiveness and dedication to customer care were truly impressive. I highly recommend this location, and I am so appreciative of the incredible service I received from the manager and her team.

This place had the absolute worst service. Their previous manager ( I believe his name was kyle) was so unprofessional. He made my wife and children cry by yelling at my wife after our 24hr drive from Arizona. I recommend using a small neighborhood dealer instead.

The U-Haul reps acted quickly when the first truck wouldn't start. They also helped when the second truck wouldn't start (for a few hours) when it was to be returned. The phone number on the contract sheet didn't worked.
