U-Haul Moving & Storage of Moorhead

We rented a uhaul from this store. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Renting the uhaul was very easy. Will use their services again if ever needed.

My things of value have been stolen out of my storage locker. They were of no help when I asked about it either.. if yu own a storage locker here. Go and make sure your things of value are there. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for them. Just looking out.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Kylie, who is apparently in charge, was of no help whatsoever. My storage container was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but now they say the earliest they can deliver is Tuesday — and it could be even later than that.

Despite being a moving and delivery service, they refuse to load the container onto a trailer and move it with a pickup truck. When I offered to handle the move myself, they still wanted to charge me for using the pickup for self-delivery. This is an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.

The entire F-M area U-Haul should be embarrassed by how poorly this has been handled. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needsI
