The gentleman that helped me was spectacular. I’m pretty sure he’s the same guy that took my numerous amounts of phone calls before my boxes arrived. He was able to get me the double trailer like I needed and was super friendly and helpful. Give this man a raise.

Never let me down yet

I’ve been renting from Uhaul and I have never had such a warm experience . Moving is no fun . I called in a panic cause the online quotes were different from what I know for a truck and storage . I had called the store about 5 times talking to Alex . He assisted me every time . Told me what I should do to get the proper quote and he never got frustrated or tired of me . Fast forward my mom goes to pick up the Uhaul . she was being helped by damion .She can barely see and is a bit disabled . They assisted her while I helped on the phone . Very sweet and kind and we took some time to figure out form of payment . After they helped her put two boxes she could not lift in her truck . Thank you guys . My day has been so much and you guys made it better
