Scheduled an 'appointment' for a trailer hitch installation. Received a call back citing a date and time. I advised due to work I would need to drop the car off and did the night before. Deposited key in the keybox. Received a call from their employee this morning. She was very rude and upset stating that I had dropped the car off without filling out forms and that despite an email and telephone conversation stating the exact date and time, this wasn't my appointment. That statement doesn't make sense. Rather than calmly explain the situation (they could have had the car as long as they needed), she felt the need to blast me at 07:30 this morning. I advised her I would come get the car immediately and did so. No apology for any of this. Absolutely pathetic how this was handled from start to finish. Avoid this location at all costs unless you like to get a written email showing a date and time, a telephone call to confirm, followed by 'you aren't on my schedule today' and a really rude talking down to. I don't care about the attitude as much as I find it a pathetic way to treat a customer that did what they told me to do. And, I believe she is the general manager of this location, so it's rotten from the top down.

Worked with location moving my daughter to Muncie and they were great. Storage units were clean and the staff there were helpful.

This uhaul location may consistently have the best customer service of any business I ever deal with. No exaggeration. They are fantastic.
