Keep the staff you currently have and give them a raise. Take great care of them. They are truly amazing people. The kindness and care that they show is unfortunately, very rare these days. I have rented with Uhaul at different locations in the US and experienced horrible service. This location has always been the best. Be incredibly kind to the employees at this location and take great care of them!

I pay my granddaughters rental fee that is an automatic withdrawal each month. My debit card was hacked and I inadvertently forgot to update the debit card. The local office refused to write off the late fee even after I reminded them it is paid every month and that my husband has cancer so been dealing with that also! So on top of everything else I have to pay a $15 late fee. I think they could have had a little more compassion based on the circumstances and that I have automated payments. It was not my fault my card was hacked but a nightmare to resolve! I was not notified until they charged the late fee! I have talked to them before and they know I am
Paying the rental yet they never contacted me! Poor business customer service!
