My experience was average and here is why.
Imagine you are interacting with an attendant. The attendant is competing some details in the computer system pertinent to the rental and then another employee comes and starts speaking to to the attendant about unrelated things. Wile working on your stuff the attendant switches his attention to the employee and they are having a nice chat while you are waiting...
Due to the distraction the attendant had to enter some details twice and overall it took longer to complete the transaction.
No apologies were given.
That is what happened to me here. The attendant seemed to be a nice person and was friendly overall but this lack of customer focus and lack of simple awareness left a bad impression.
Trailer was 2 hours late and broken, didn't have another so I had to take a larger one. Cost me an extra $150 in tolls and fuel. Messed up all the contract paperwork. Had to drive to another store without trailer lights to get a wire connector that I ended up paying for. Complaint registered to customer service and I never got a call back until I left a negative survey. A $25 credit was supposed to be issued which I haven't seen. Never again.

Fantastic service. Quick, no fuss, and I got what I reserved. Everyone was pleasant, the facility was clean, and the transaction was smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I took a chance based on the positive reviews since we were out of town customers needing a local rental and the positive reviews seem accurate. Very pleased!
