Helpful had what I needed when needed the staff was cool and helpful.

They were late to open, delaying me from picking it up on time. They were rude and talked about inappropriate things while I just stood there waiting for one of them to assist me. I waited nearly 10 minutes while they chit chatted. They didn't go out to inspect the truck with me. It was dirty inside and there was a massive dent in the side of it. They barely had the information from when I reserved the truck so I had to go through everything all over again. The lied about how much fuel was in it. There was under half a tank, yet told me I had to fill it back to half a tank. When I put fuel in, it actually went lower afterwards so I'm guessing the gauge was messed up. They were gone before the closing time so I couldn't drop it off to an actual person. I was charged more than $40 above what my contract stated without an updated receipt sent to me so no clue what they added to make it shoot up that much. Still haven't received anything stating what all those extra charges were. I've rented from nearly every place in town and this was all around the worst experience I've had. I wouldn't ever go back and I'm telling everyone I know just how terrible the service was and how terrible the truck was.
