I call him Sean the U-box guy. Sean is the greatest, starting with my son's move out of CMU back in May. Sean made moving back into CMU this August a breeze navigating the U-box in a parking lot of cars and people. The U-box made the college moving experience easy. Thank you Sean for all your help, look forward to seeing you in May 2025 when we move out again.

When I went to pick up the keys after hours they weren’t in the box. After a couple of phone calls U-Haul was able to call the GM who met me at the location in 10-15 minutes to get me the keys. Things happen but it’s how we respond to them that counts! Uhaul was fine.
