Great customer service.

Made an appointment,week and half ago, got a price on hitch. Received confirmation on both. Husband went to 6-7-24 at 9 am. First was told appointment is tomorrow, then told price was wrong. I sent husband reservation number and picture of price. Person said whomever made appointment didn't add price for materials. That's not our fault. I think they should've made this right for us. We planned on one amount and now different. Will not go back there. Employee said he wasn't arguing with me. I only was telling wht I was texted information. He was rude.
