Really good customer service, great people.

This uhaul dealer is scamming people. first off the young kid who does most of the uhaul stuff is very quiet and barely talks and also doesn’t let you know any info you actually need to ,like what your cutoff is for being charged a extra day. very dissatisfied and upset about this situation I was charged for 3 days when I only had for 2 days. But nobody let me know after your pickup time you get charged a extra day the old man I talked to on the phone said anytime before 5 I wouldn’t get charged a extra day…If you have a job that requires you to talk to your customer they should hire someone who isn’t afraid to talk to people because that is the impression I got from this place
