Great place to rent vehicles!

They charged me an extra $55.79 for being 2 hours late on the 1519 beasie rd. Murfreesboro Tn. I thought uhaul had a grace period. But the lady at this location said it’s only a grace period of 30 mins……………….. they charged me an extra $55.79 for being 2 hours late. On top of $63.99 for the truck. The grace period should be a little longer, how is anyone supposed know the exact time they are going to take moving a whole house? I was 2 hours late. And was charged a whole extra day. But I still dropped it off even though I was charged an extra day………. It was ridiculous. It was also a late pick up, so i thought uhaul would keep that in consideration. But no. The lady at that location was extremely rude on top of all of this. I started the process on the uhaul app. I reserved the uhaul and everything for the date and time I needed. When I showed up, the app didn’t have anywhere that I could find that says- I’m here to pick up. So I was forced to walk in and when asking how to start it on the app because I already had it reserved for that same day, the front desk worker said I dont know anything about the app, and restarted my reservation which came out to be more money than it was online. Tax and all. Which was really weird . An extra $25 more in person than online……… but when coming inside to ask a simple question about the app no one has any idea about how to help. I was on a time crunch and didn’t have time to sit on the phone with 800 number that had people in front of me. Because it was supposed to be contactless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION IT WAS A NIGHTMARE

I’ve been using U-Haul for 2 decades & always great no matter the location. Equipment always good & personnel always friendly & helpful..

I wouldn’t change anything! All the people I talked to or that helped me were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and excellent. I was very impressed by the employees as well as the inventory available! I would highly recommend this specific U-Haul facility!
