U-Haul Moving & Storage of Murrieta

I wish I could leave 10 stars! Every encounter I had with somebody working at this location was always so helpful and positive they made our entire moving experience with Uboxes so smooth. Edgar in particular was very helpful in setting us up the first day with our Ubox (Im a dummy and arrive 10 minutes after closing, but he still offered to help us after hours) another young man help me bolt cut my lock so I could access my Ubox and they saved me a trip all the way back to Irvine to get the key (I was very forgetful this week) I highly recommend using this location for any of your uhaul needs!! And another sidenote I just wanna say thank you so much to all the workers who assisted us, as my family and I were already having a difficult week planning a funeral, your kindness and helpfulness will not be forgotten ❤️??

Stopped in to buy propane. I asked an employee on the lot if the propane was working. He said ‘yeah, pull around back and I’ll send someone out’. I pulled around back, unloaded my tanks and waited. And waited and waited and waited. I finally went inside to find an employee to help me. Saw 2 employees standing around chatting with each other. One employee asked me ‘propane’? I said ‘yeah’. He then said ‘I’ll be out there in a minute’. I went back out and waited. And waited and waited and waited. Nobody ever came out. I loaded my tanks back into my truck and drove away. Incidentally, I was the only customer on the lot. I noticed a big banner they had that said ‘propane!’ ‘Easy!’ ‘Pay at the pump!’ I’m sure it would have been easy if they had employees that cared about helping customers. They failed today.

Very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a uhaul rental.

SINCE START TO FINISH ONLY PROFESSIONALS AND KIND PEOPLE WORKING THERE, BUT HONESTLY THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THEY ARE REALLY HONEST AND THEY DON’T ABUSE YOU WHITH HIDDEN CHARGES LIKE OTHER U-HAUL PLACES,NEXT TIME THEY ARE GOING TO BE MY CHOICE AND I WILL BE RECOMMENDING.
