Giving this U-Haul one star is me rating them much higher than what they reserve. I rented U-Haul trucks and storage rooms from other U-Haul locations and no major complaints. This location is a joke and do not expect to be treated with any kind of respect by the employees at this location and you should be good to go. They will intentionally make you wait a long time if you complain about any of the bad serve they provide. Go somewhere else.
