U-Haul Moving & Storage of Murrieta

The truck was fine but everything else from the scheduling, pickup and drop off was a total mess. They texted me two different pickup locations, misrepresented the price then overcharged me. Kept prompting me to upload me DL, which I did three times with confirmation. Finally they gave me the runaround about the drop off location then told me to 'drop it off anywhere.'

Lazy employees I called the place at 7:23 pm to check if they do propane refill .got there at 7:30 pm they refused to do propane refill make an excuse that they were low on propane.

Today was the final straw. Called LITERALLY over 10 times in a row, because as soon as they would answer the phone, you’d hear “U-Haul, hold please,” then I’d sit there for 5-10 minutes, have to hang up and call back, and get the exact same thing. By the 5th and 6th calls as soon as they’d pickup, I’d yell “Just a quick question!!!” And still get put back on hold. I was literally just trying to see if they had a flat-bed auto hauler in stock. Ended up renting from Big Trailer Rentals in Menifee where I had amazing customer service. Customer service at this location has always been CRAP. Never going back now that I found Big Trailer Rentals. Way to go guys, I’ve rented at least 10-15 trucks from this Uhaul before and never will again!
