It was easy to reserve on line. Pick up and drop off was very fast and convenient. Employee was pleasant. Have used in past and will continue to use in future if need be.

The guys here are very helpful.
EDIT: Was told by staff when I returned a truck that needed to get winched out of a parking spot that I “Should be able to get reimbursed for the tow bill” and that I would just have to speak with the manager. Spoke with the manager today who told me “No we don’t do that sorry.” Even though I paid extra for the safe-move add-on. Clearly there is some amount of miscommunication/misunderstanding of the policies between staff and management and now I have to eat a $156 tow bill for their INADEQUATE equipment.
Lesson learned here is that if you have to get their equipment winched 15’ because it can’t move from a parking spot… submit a claim through their app and wait god knows how long for them to reach out to you, shop around for the cheapest service, and be late for your job rather than just get it taken care of.
