U-Haul Moving & Storage of Muskogee

We rented a tow dolly for our daughters car that had broken down. The cost to rent it for 24 hrs was reasonable around $49 and some change after tax but that was only if we returned it back to that location. There is a U-haul 10 miles from our house. If we returned it there the cost for the 24 he rental went up to $160. Wow! Needless to say we made the decision to drive the 46 miles from our house to return it to its original location instead of the one closest to our house.

The the staff that helped us were great though. They had good personalities for working with the public.

I came in and was trying to get a trailer and was greeted by young lady who's name I believe is Makenzie . She would constantly talk over me and wouldn't listen to what I needed when i got irritated I told her I would just go to a different dealer to pick one up.
She replied to me with Saying 'we don't need your business anyways'
Very disappointing and sad interaction wish it was better it's a great facility that I just need to work on their employees .

So I am a recurring customer have been for years there is a young lady there beautiful she is very helpful every time I've come in to make a reservation or call to make a payment on my storage or my family member storage she's always helpful to me her name is (syndal) I believe that's how you spell her name I do recall one day I had came in and she was being cussed left and right by a customer while she was being really nice to the customer and the only thing that I heard her say was let me see what I can do to make your day a little more easier then the customers would speak and say I understand it's not your fault it is the other employees fault for not listening to what I said on my reservation she is a very respectable person she deserves a raise
