U-Haul Moving & Storage of Muskogee

Tried to get a car hauler. I’ve got a bumper hitch. Website says that’s fine. Got there and the employee lied to me saying there was some law banning pulling with bumper pulls. No such thing. Probably just trying to sell a hitch. Went to another location and got what I needed. Employee was wrong, and the manager was too lazy to do anything, either misinformed or just doesn’t care.

The older guy helping was nice enough but told me they did not have 9x5 trailers (when the 9x5 I reserved was out front waiting) and then locked himself out of his computer and did not know the password to get back in. 'Syndal' (yes, apparently that's how it's spelled) who knew the password to the computer was immature and rude af though. It felt like she thought she was in a high school hallway with her friends instead of a place of business.

First I'll say, the online phone app is garbage . This location for service is great. The employees were all kind and helpful. Really pleasant and easy to do business with. Large variety of trucks and trailers. And, all your storage needs as well.

Customer service completely totally SUCKS!!!

We had an issue with an overdue balance. Customer service eventually led us to GM Shawn Reynolds. I didn't have the pleasure of speaking with him but the representative that reached out said that he answered on the first ring, not even at work, then went above and beyond to help us out. I appreciate this man so much!
