ETA: it’s been an month and the situation still has not been fixed, the manager is lazy af and refuses to do his job, and has lied multiple times to corporate and documented that he called and left me vmails???? HE REFUSES TO EVEN SHOW UP TO WORK LET ALONE CALL MY PHONE.

Imagine reserving a storage unit over a month ago, and going to get it started just to be told that they don’t have it available because there’s someone using it. So then they have to upgrade you to a bigger size, but still make you pay the $45 difference, so when you go to that storage unit there are two locks on it and people using that one as well. So now the only option is an outdoor storage unit, which is $50 more, and telling you the only thing they can do for you is give you the first month free WHEN YOU ALREADY HAD THE FIRST MONTH FREE FOR RENTING A TRUCK, but you still have to use the outdoor unit and pay the extra $50 a month and then they’ll contact you when an indoor unit opens for you to move everything again (even knowing I’m 31 weeks pregnant).. but it’s not their fault and that’s all they can do to help you????

Clean but the employees have absolutely no get up and go.

I moved back in September and they were really helpful and got me everything I needed to move from Oklahoma to Florida! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
