Very quick and helpful! Customer service was great

The manager Kris and team member Lee S. were so professional. When my wife and I arrived to pick up our reserved 20' truck and auto transport the WIFI was down. We were already late meeting the movers at my mother's home, but now we were going to be REALLY late.
But with a combination pf the use of my phone, company computer, and patience from both Lee and my wife whose name is also Lee worked out fine.
Their greeting as we walked through the front door felt genuine. We were so anxious about driving the truck with auto transport in moving my mother from Las Vegas to the Bay Area, California, but it turned out successful partially due to Kris and Lee S.
