I sincerely cannot find any criticism with any of my experiences with this facility. I have done business with them for several years and have always had a 100% positive outcome. This specific time Chris the actual owner was there to help me and check me back in. Thank you all for being your best.

The truck was available, however, I had to use mileage to return the truck because they did not give me a key to the loading door. I drove the truck back so that they can look at the lock in order to give me the key to unlock (and load). Waste of mileage and waste of gas. They keep emailing me saying I owe from my rental. How? I returned the truck in 4.5°, clean, and with more gas than when rented.
