Service Stunk. Consumer beware of where they mark your gas gauge on your actual bill prior to taking their truck out. I got charged a 2 gallon gas surcharge after I placed 1/2 a gallon of gas in their small truck for a 7mile roundtrip. Their worker claimed the gas level was higher than it actually was - totally false. Unfortunately I didnt spot the false gas level on my bill prior to taking out the truck.

Thanks for making me slog around in a torrential downpour to find my van up the road as water flowed down the street, only to find the rental was blocked in. Needed to escort one of the loafers from the garage up there to let me out. I spent a quarter of my rental time just trying to get it off the lot, and was completely soaked. Really terrible service - it was dead, and you were not prepared.

Clean and great experience

Booked a truck over the and when I got there they said theyre closed. Dont take bookings if youre not going to honor them.
