The place is nice and clean but the customer service we got on Saturday when we dropped off the truck was not good.
There were two guys there chatting, wr say hi and they didn't even want to answer our greetings. They made us feel very unwelcome. They didn't even want to explain the process for the dropp off. Then we had to ask to come and inspect the truck before wr left and they looked at us like we were forcing them to work and to their job. Nothing compare with the excellent customer service in Bridgeport where we picked the truck up. Those guys in Naugatuck need a better training in how to be nice to people.

Renting a truck was quick and easy and will definitely be doing it again. The one thing I think people sometimes often overlookis that when a truck says it's $19.95 to rent. It's $19.95 before taxes, fees, insurance coverage and gas which make it closer to $60 depending on how far you're driving. With that said, the staff was great at explaining all that before you sign the rental agreement.

I had to deal with four different people. All were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The truck was great, the manager/owner was very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend them for your moving needs. Thanks!
