I normally don’t have any issues with this site, but I did today. I made a reservation and there wasn’t a truck for us. Thank God DEVON came through for us. This young man did everything he possibly could to make sure we got our truck. He was very intelligent, professional, kind and compassionate. So thank you Devon for saving us and making our move a peaceful one.

We had an AWFUL experience at the Rockdale location, and Devin at this location was more than helpful! He was empathetic and seemed to really care that we were distressed and pressed for time. He made a lot of phone calls on our behalf. Thank you so much for helping us not have a meltdown on moving day!
