I watched this location grow to be one of the best, reliable and convenient facilities next to the U-Haul at my final destination! The customer service and expertise made my choices less stressful for every local and long distance move. Take it from me; if you need it to move, U-Haul has it Right Here☝?

I have used U-HAUL U BOX more times than I can count and have NEVER had a worse experience than with this facility. Reserved my delivery for today, confirmed the time window yesterday and now today, no one knows where my boxes are, if they’ve even left the facility or not and I keep getting transferred to people that don’t have any answers. Absolutely unacceptable. A complete waste of time and money! I DO NOT recommend this place. I’m still waiting to hear back from Brittney, the specialist to track my 3 U Boxes! After a week delay and countless hours on the phone, they were finally delivered. They were scheduled to be picked up the 28th and and it is now the 30th and they are still not picked up and now they’re trying to bill me for rental and storage and they don’t even have the boxes. This place is so unprofessional. Moving is stressful enough as it is. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the staff are all incompetent. They also were talking shit to the manager before transferring me and the phone was not muted. I will never use UHaul again.
