U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Bern

Though I had some issues with my first rental Was able to call customer support. They were able to get another truck out to me. Give me some help move everything over and I had a few bumps trying to get the truck returned because it was a different truck that I had rented but overall, I had a great experience and the staff was very helpful to get everything resolved.

Simply drive in leave the keys in the door and leave.
Very easy and quick.
26 foot truck was easy to drive and pretty comfortable. Had Bluetooth radio so I could hear my GPS step by step turns. Engine had plenty of power even pulling a trailer. Great equipment.
Only complaint I have is Not knowing sales tax was not included on my reservation. The 10 percent tax add quite a bit to the total ,so be aware of that.

Amazing. I really can’t say enough good things about their storage units. Clean and safe units, friendly and helpful staff, and comparable rates. I’ve rented a few trucks here too and always have a better experience than a lot of other places.
