Review:
Worst experience of my life! They took my reservation for me to pick up in town. The day I'm ready to move they want me to pick up truck 30 miles away! They wouldn't compromise at all! I ended up having to go elsewhere! I will NEVER use them again!

Review:
I don't typically leave reviews but I have a problem with calling an establishment and there being no answer especially over the course of 2 hours multiple phone to hear recording telling that they're open 7 days a week but apparently Care less about assisting customers attempting to get work done and calling to verify pricing. Rather not waste my time to go and experience the lack of care in person, take your money elsewhere!

DO NOT INSTALL HITCH HERE. When installing hitch on my car, they damaged wiring for one of my sensors. Took car back to have them fix as part of installation warranty, and they damaged wiring to my turn signals.

THERE'S NO OFFICE HERE. Drive down the road to the Plainville UHaul if you're looking for assistance. This location is unstaffed storage units only. If you call the number listed here, the Plainville location will answer. Can't comment on the actual storage unit experience here.
