I made a confirmed reservation on line and when I arrived at my original location they had no trucks available. The same happened at two other locations. Just when I lost all patience…Cherokee and the crew at U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Port Richey(5631 US Hwy 19)came thru like champs! Great staff here! Hurricane Helene knocked out power to this location but they did not slow down a bit. I fully recommend anyone needing U-haul services to come to this location. Thanks again Cherokee!

Great service and great attitude. I had problems with Sun Storage at Holiday, Florida and they were nice to help me out after many other locations faked being “closed.” Thank you so much!

The customer service technicians were very helpful, knowledge and professional when I picked up the Cargo Van on August 23rd. I originally had booked the van for two days as I have severe physical disabilities. I received help and was able to return the van 6 hours later( check your security cameras) the gentleman at the counter said I would have to wait about an hour as he had to help another individual and that he would adjust my account accordingly. I said , 'I trust you, and thanked him.' No adjustment have been made after three attempts to rectify this situation. I was charged for two days instead of six hours. I had total trust in this individual to do the right and fair adjustment as he promised. I have called several times and was told it would take a week for the manager to review. Please hold up your end of the deal as promised. Thank you in advance for crediting my account.
