U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Smyrna

I’m stunned by how unprofessional this place is. I returned my U-Haul here on Monday and the gas tank was sitting just under full, so they charged me for the gas tank not being full but they claimed it was only 7/8 full, when that was not the case. I call to try and figure out why they overcharged me and the lady said they had a picture of it, I asked to see the picture and she said I had to come in the store, 20 minutes away from where I live… I told her there’s no possible way it was only 7/8 full cause it wasn’t even that low before I put gas back into it. She said I can come talk to the manager in person but then said they weren’t there today, I tried to ask when they’d be there and she just said that I can come in person to talk to them over and over when I was trying to ask when they would be there… how am I supposed to know when to call or come in if I don’t know when they’ll be there? She was so rude. Horrible customer service! Absolutely disgusted. So whoever is working at the Turnbull location in New Smyrna on 2/05 at 12:15 pm, you need to learn some customer service and get bent.

Such a great crew running this place. Kathlene or Katharine was so efficient and knowledgeable. She has exceptional organizational and customer service skills. Give that woman a raise. You don’t find many like her anymore.
