The staff at this location are beyond amazing and caring. Took the time we needed and helped us every step of the way from picking the right truck to getting the reservation. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Terrible experience. Rented a 15ft moving truck and the lady at the counter told me that unfortunately the truck I was getting was returned with a quarter of a tank of gas…. Okay? She informed me I could return it with a quarter of a tank of gas, but the first thing I had to do then when I left the lot was head out of my way straight to the gas station to fill up, rather than going directly to my moving location because I wouldn’t be able to make it to my location on a quarter of a tank. Makes absolutely no sense. So when I returned it with a quarter of a tank of gas, the next person to rent it has to do the same thing? Awful way to run a business. Then she tells me the blankets I rented have to be folded a certain way or they will charge me extra. She said I have to fold them four times, half each time and stacked on top of each other…. Ridiculous. Way over priced and treated terribly. Stay away!!

After asking to be referred for moving help through Uhall, I was connected to Sweeney moving and house cleaning services. If I could give this company six stars instead of five I would! Clayton and his crew did a marvelous job packing my u haul. They were polite , efficient and very careful with my belongings. All my furniture was wrapped with packing tape and padded blankets and my electronics packed in boxes specifically made for flat screens. They managed to load my entire three bedroom to bathroom house within a couple of hours. I also relied On their cleaning services and was just as pleased with that. Thanks again, Clayton.You guys are the best!

Very poor management. Slum lords as some call it. They do not care about anything but taking your money and fees keep going up. They do not clean. As i am only at my unit once a month. Trash left and never picked up. Filthy. On top of that the owners do nothing. They took money out of my account and tried to say I was on auto pay. Well I’m 100% NOT on auto pay. I have paid every month by me making the payments. When it was takin out without my consent I called and they tell you your on auto pay when I’m looking at my account while talking to them and says I’m NOT on auto pay. Then they lie. Saying we have no control over that. But then asked if she wanted me to turn off auto pay. So she changed her lie to fit her narrative. Fee goes up constantly and service goes down: plus the ceiling insulation is falling all over everything I own in my unit. I have cleaned my stuff 3x and keeps happening, which they just blame on the train. We’ll get a different ceiling that isn’t going to ruin peoples stuff they are paying YoU to store!
Super horrible place and I would recommend going anywhere else but this location.
