U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Smyrna

The truck itself. The rest was absolutely a nightmare. NSB refuses to rent to me. I was in 2 weeks ago and gave them a new phone number instead of correcting my file they left it at the old one. Going to rent this last weekend and holy moly. The website was giving me errors. Then when it finally went thru I thought great. Just to receive a very rude email stating all reservations were cancelled and they would t rent to me at all. No justified reason other than a phone number. So instead of emailing me to let me know they didnt do their job the first time they just canceled everything. My family and friends got wind of the hell I went thru. 2 hours on the phone with corporate and bounced to 3 different a few for a rental. One of my friends worked for them forever. Is now embarrassed by their unprofessionalism. I have a few shots emails etc. I'm not done either. I'm still angry over this entire fiasco. Which never should have happened in the first place.

Van was clean and ready to go. No issues.

People are nice, supplies well stocked, generally have the equipment I need and check out and in is easy.

This was a great U-Haul location to rent from. Very quick getting in and out, no muss, no fuss. Rented a cargo van for moving some stuff around in-town, it seemed well-maintained and got the job done in one trip. Can't beat the rates, great operation.

Needed a truck in a hurry and UHaul of NSB came through. I love the low hourly rate and the contract came with a graphic that showed how many gallons of gas would be needed when returning the truck—no more guess work.
