Excellent facility to rent a truck from. Nicholas was very helpful and welcoming . He also listened to my husband’s minor complaint about the sun visor that was not working right . He helped us with everything and we were very happy the truck was immaculately clean !

My latest experience was a nightmare. And I left want an employee Isela terminated for the way she was disrespecting me. I called the local police because she was trying to scam $20 out of me. I also called the corporate office. I am still angry about it and will continue escalation until Isela is removed for poorly representing U-haul and it's standards of excellence and customer care.
