U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Windsor

Both customer service representative ( can’t remember their names ) at the New Windsor location on Labor Day was very nice and attentive . They made everything fast and easy . The Uhaul was very clean and new . Thank you ! ?.

I just want to give credit when someone is great at their job and made significant improvements to a place and service I use constantly. Almost always, I have an amazing experience at this Uhaul. I own a small moving company and the crew here does great by me. They are kind and helpful and professional and it's my favorite place to rent trucks. However I want to give a shout-out and my gratitude to the manager Misha. We have been working together for a while now as I have known her before she got into management. But anytime I have an issue or a struggle or there is a misunderstanding she finds a solution. She is always fair and reasonable and expects respect and consideration for her, the crew and her biz -Uhaul New Windsor. I appreciate her so much and she deserves an awesome review because she has earned it through months and years of amazing service. Thank you !! And thanks for always coming through when we need some help. When you got a problem.. Misha is a problem solver ??

Started with terrible service when I picked up my rental, and even trying to extend it was difficult. Returning it was a much better experience with the help of Micha. She was helpful, pleasant, professional and very accommodating. She is the best one here
